Our Pizzas are made according to the guidelines of the Neapolitan tradition.
They are cooked in the only wood-burning oven in Marina Grande, which gives them the real taste of Neapolitan Pizza.
The standard coking point of our Pizzas is “medium”, although within the limits of the variabilità due to coking ina traditional Wood Oven.
Please indicate at the time of ordering the degree of coking you prefer for your Pizza.
